Free exchanges AND RETURNS
At Naiakitsu we understand that you can change your mind or that your article does not suit you completely ! You have 14 days to return your article and ask for an exchange or a refund, these 14 days start from the date of reception of your order. We explain it all here. Returns are easy and at our expense for France only !
How to make an exchange or a return ?
click on the line “here” and fill in the form, indicating:
- the reason for the return (exchange or refund request),
- the reference of the article(s), by transferring the “text” reference of the bar code that can be found on the back of the cardboard brand labels.
If you are within the legal time limit, we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours with the return label that you will have to stick on the package to be returned. To return your package you can:
- drop it off at a post office (over 16000 in France)
- at a retailer of the post office network (more than 7500 in France)
- or put it in your mailbox (if the dimensions allow it) so that your letter carrier can collect your parcel. In this case, connect you to the site of the post office and follow the instructions. laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire
exchanges are only possible once for the same item.
Don’t forget that our articles are mixed for a large part and the accessories are compatible on different clothes of the brand.

How long does it take to process your return or exchange ?
it takes about 2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when the “return or exchange” processing is completed. Credit notes or refunds are only made after the return has been received and processed by our logistics department. Refunds are made via the payment method used for the order unless otherwise requested.
What are the rules for returning/exchanging items ?
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for incomplete, damaged, or dirty items. Items must be returned in their original condition with the brand label. Goods must not have been worn and/or washed. Returned items must be accompanied by their original invoice, labels, and any other accessories and documents included in the package delivered.
we will legally prosecute any fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, any attempt and pursuit of a refund of legitimately charged fees for a non-returnable order that has been honored and delivered.
this does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your rights, you may contact the Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes, consumer associations or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.

What are the delivery times following my order ?
All our orders are prepared the same day or the day after the order during the week. An order placed before 10am is prepared and shipped the same day. An order placed after 10am is prepared and shipped the next day. Orders placed after 10am on Friday are processed on Monday, except for possible holidays and bank holidays.
When you place your order, we send you a confirmation email, then a follow-up email at each stage of preparation and shipping. When the order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email with the tracking number of the carrier according to the option chosen at the time of the order.
Delivery times are subject to product availability and receipt of payment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the geographical area.
When ordering, you will have to provide a phone number on the shipping page during payment. This number will allow the carrier, if needed, to have additional information to guarantee delivery.
Please note that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery time.
Choice of carrier and delivery method
You have three choices for your delivery:
Colissimo without signature at home or at the address of your choice (average time of reception 48h after the expedition)
Colissimo in a relay point (you select at the time of your order the relay point where you wish to recover your parcel, average time of delivery in the relay point: 48h after the expedition.
Chronopost: for an urgent order: delivery at your home or at the address of your choice within 24 hours. For orders placed before 10am, your order can arrive the next day before 1pm for most locations or before 6pm for some others.
How do I track my delivery ?
With the tracking number transmitted in our shipping confirmation email, you can follow your order on the website of our provider Colissimo or Chronopost. We have chosen to work with the La Poste group, Made in France.
During delivery, depending on the transport option chosen, the transport provider may require a signature.

Where can I get delivery and at what price ?
Shipping costs are free (standard colissimo or colissimo relay) for all orders over 200 euros for metropolitan France and Corsica.
For orders under 200 euros for Metropolitan France and Corsica, the rates are as follows:

Standard Delivery Colissimo 48 to 72 h
Express Delivery Chronopost (24H to 48 H)
The transport amounts are indicated during the payment phase and your choice of delivery.
The transport is offered beyond 200 € TTC of order in Standard delivery Colissimo.
We deliver to the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the DOM TOM and the international with La Poste.
For the European Union, the delivery costs are automatically calculated at the delivery stage, no additional costs.
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, the delivery costs are automatically calculated at the delivery stage. The possible taxes (customs…) remain the responsibility of the customer. They can be requested by the carrier before or at the time of delivery.

Our Made In France
Our commitment as well as the foundation of our brand NAIAKITSU, are based on a “Made in France” to more than 90%, according to the articles and the commitment to value all the actors of our brand.
It is difficult to reach 100% French.
For example, cotton does not grow in France and some products used in the manufacture of our articles, such as zippers, are not made in France for a long time.
If you have chosen to buy our clothes at NAIAKITSU, you are contributing to the support and rewarding the know-how of all the actors who work for you, who have given the best of themselves at all stages of the process until you get home.
Since the beginning of the adventure, we have made extraordinary encounters with passionate people who believe in their job (and yet sometimes it is difficult, believe us!)
DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND TRANSPORTATION :
For the weaving of our fabrics, made in France, we select with our weavers, the noblest yarns and qualities adapted to each use of your NAIAKITSU clothes. We use recycled yarn for our Tote-bag, organic yarn for some clothes and GOTS certified yarn when possible. Our policy is to pursue the search for the best yarns and fabrics while questioning the respect of human and environmental values, which have been well forgotten for decades by low-cost purchasing. We work with our partners to reverse this trend. Your purchase contributes to our approach. (Thank you!)
We have also reduced as much as possible the distances between all our actors, to reduce the kilometers, the flows, and to concentrate the transport activities on the delivery of your articles to you.
